Registration
After successfully completing
your fall registration, now comes the hard part. Entering all
the team names and participant ID numbers to the team rosters.
Waste of time?
Not for our IMOnline customers.
Our unique Online Registration tool is both a stand alone application
and a companion to IMTrack. This means that anyone can benefit
from our online registration system, not just IMTrack users.
Of course, IMTrack users can
download all the data back into the main program, avoiding ALL
DATA ENTRY!!! By encouraging teams to enter their rosters on
the web, forfiets are avoided (only eligible students may sign
up for a team) and TIME is SAVED as all the team names and roster
slots are transferred from the online database to IMTrack.
As with IMTrack, our online
application was designed by our staff who have first hand experience
working with Intramural departments in Georgia. Our design takes
into account the issues they experienced first hand.
Here's a sample of what IMOnline
can do:
Controlled Registration
You can limit which individuals may sign up for
teams by handing out captain's cards. Only those users
with a valid card may register/buy a team. Other users
may only sign up as players or free-agents
Controlled Access
You can choose to verify the eligibility of participants
before they can access the registration. Our unique encryption
method forces the user to match an ID number with their
First and Last name. Only sutdents which are eligible
to play Intramurals may sign up a team. Thus, if a team
fills out their roster form online, they will avoid the
dreaded forfeits for inelegible players.
Instant Scheduling
If you use any form of instant scheduling, your
teams will know up front at what times they are signing
up to play. If they can't play at a time, then they won't
sign up for that time.
Individual Registration
A captain has differnt choices once he adds a
team. He may manually fill out his roster on the spot,
allow anyone to sign up for his team online, or set a
password so that only individuals who have the password
can join the team.
Free Agents
Individuals can also go in and sign up as free
agents. They can select which leagues, days of play, even
down to which divisions they would like to play on. Team
captains can then search for free agents who can play
in their division, and add them on the spot.
Full Administrative Control
The administrator can control everything, being
able to add divisions if the league fills up, delete teams
if they have rude names, even add a participant to the
database is for some mistaken reason they are shown as
ineligible. IMOnline is truly a stand alone application. |
