Membership Services

FacilityTrack allows you to establish a membership database for your throughout the program. You can import your existing database from a variety of sources, like a Microsoft Outlook database or a student database from the School's registrar.

If you charge membership fees, FacilityTrack will track your member contracts, renewal dates and give receipts for any membership transactions.

Your members will be emailed when their membership expires. Your membership coordinator will receive a recurring report with memberships that are about to expire.
