Locker Rentals

Locker Room management is a unique feature in FacilityTrack. You can easily create locker rooms designating them as either male or female locker rooms. You can create several locker sizes, and a variety of contracts to meet your renting procedures.

After setting up your locker room, you can rent and renew lockers with FacilityTrack. Based on the gender of your member, FacilityTrack will automatically bring up the next available based on the locker size your member desires.

A receipt will be created for your member, and when his locker is about to expire, your member will receive an email reminding him to renew. The administrator will get a daily report with any impending locker expirations.
