Facility Reservation made easy!

FacilityTrack combines everything needed to run your facilities easily and smoothly. FacilityTrack is a combination of a PC-based desktop program and a simple web application. The desktop application allows you to import a member database and use the database to track equipment checkout, locker rental, and facility reservations. Create late fees for late equipment returns, and automatically send e-mail for late equipment and for locker renewal. Additionally, FacilityTrack can send e-mail for late equipment and for locker renewal. Additionally, FacilityTrack can send e-mail notices for facility reservations.

The web application consists of two components. A user interface that allows users to view a monthly calendar online and select the times they need to to reserve the facility. Once the request is filed, an e-mail is sent to the facility manager notifying them of the new request. The manager then logs in to an administrative interface that allows them to accept or decline the new request. After the request is processed, an e-mail is sent to the appropriate person notifying them of the status of their request.
